Summary of Selling Policies- & Terms

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Cash, PayPal (Preferred), Master- or Visa Card, Personal Check, or Money Order. Items paid by checks other than cashiers check will be held for 10 days to allow for check to clear.

Direct Visa/MasterCard payments have to be called in (to (206) 666-2149 with card #, expiration date, 3-digit security number(CVV) and billing address and telephone number.

STATE TAXES: Connecticut 6% Any item shipped to an address in the State of Connecticut is subject to a 6 sales tax charge.

Shipping, When & Where

We usually ship the same day and only to the USA.

We ship either UPS, FedEx Ground or Common Carrier. The method is determined at shipping time depending on your location and the size of item.

If you give us a PO box only it may delay shipping because we will need to contact you for a street address for UPS or FedEx.

Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your item. Shipping is non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be charged if item is returned different than shipped condition. Please save the package.

Damage Claims
Please save your packing materials. If there is a damaged shipment we need to file a claim within 7 days of delivery. This is an extremely rare occurrence.

Warranty Policy
Warranties are handled through the manufacturer.

Payment Policy
We will hold item for 10 days after the auction closes. If payment is not received within 20 days we will send a final notice. Within 5 days after that notice the order will be canceled and the item is released back to inventory.

At that time a non-paying bidder noticed is filed with eBay to recoup eBay fees paid. We cannot accept payment at that time.

There are numerous reasons why we may not receive your email or vise versa. If you have trouble with the email, dial toll free 1-206-666-2149 to call us.

Combined Shipping
If you want to combine shipping please bid and win the items first and then use our checkout (our checkout will automatically compute combined shipping charges)
